Megan began her path as a massage therapist while she was a yoga instructor in 2020. After several years of helping her students feel better in their bodies through guided yoga practice and hands-on adjustments, she felt drawn to the world of massage. She completed massage therapy training at Better Bodies Institute of Massage in Opelika, AL in 2024. She spent 2 years with Spavia Old Alabama Square and Highland Family Chiropractic in Marietta, GA as the lead massage therapist.

Since moving to Virginia Beach in 2026, Megan has created her private practice providing mobile massage therapy for a wide range of clients in the Virginia Beach area. She continues to grow her knowledge and expertise with the idea of providing holistic massage therapy in the comfort of a client’s home or office, making self-care accessible and easy.

When she’s not at the massage table, she enjoys being outside, traveling, gardening, and playing with her dogs.
